Faith Based Counseling
Waylight Center’s faith-based counseling program offers a holistic approach that integrates the spiritual, physical, and mental aspects of a person’s well-being. Sadly, many people in our society don’t know where to turn when going through periods of mental or emotional turmoil. The Waylight Center counselors are trained to guide those encountering difficulties or family problems, experiencing prolonged grief, struggling with substance use, or questioning their purpose in life.
Non-denominational faith-based counseling will be provided by counselors that are recognized by a creditable agency as a practicing Christian counselor or ordained minister in the State of Georgia, have a Master of Arts degree in counseling, or have a minimum of two years of counseling experience.
